BAKAID operates nationwide, having implemented programmes in more than 52 district councils across 16 regions of Tanzania Mainland. We work hand in hand with regional and local government authorities, faith institutions and community structures to reach households at village level.
Our national office is in Dar es Salaam and our regional office in Kigoma, where BAKAID has its deepest and longest-running presence in HIV, GBV, SRHR, early childhood development and community systems strengthening.
